About our Training Classes
Good News Clubs®
This training class is for those who want to meet one or two hours in a weekly Bible class for children from 4-12 years old. Good News Clubs® meet at schools, homes, churches, apartment complexes - just about anywhere children can easily and safely meet with their parent's permission. You will learn how to prepare and present exciting Bible lessons, missions lessons, songs, memory verses, review games and much more.
5-Day Clubs®/ Vacation Bible School
A 5-Day Club is similar to a Good News Club®, but takes place during Summer. The class is 5 days per week for about an hour-and-a-half each day and is geared towards children 5-12 years old. The program includes Bible lessons, a missionary story in 5 episodes, songs, Bible memory verses, and outdoor games, decoration ideas and much more. (This is a great opportunity to share the Gospel but without an on-going commitment of time. Think short term summer missions trip.)
Fairs
CEF® sets booths up at local fairs to share the gospel with children who come to visit. These trainings demonstrate how to tell a short Bible story, greet visitors to the booth, and venue requirements. (This is a great opportunity to learn how to share the Gospel in a short time frame. Get your feet wet in mission work - REALLY SHORT TERM mission work – 3 hours. Find out if you are more comfortable in the actual presentation (or sharing) the Gospel or in being the welcoming face of Christ inviting people to hear a free, short presentation of the Gospel.)
Teaching Children Effectively™
- Level 1 - An innovative 30-hour course designed to equip local church members with a fresh approach to evangelizing and teaching today's child.
